Sew an easy jumpsuit for your baby. The Juna jumpsuit fits beautifully thanks to its design tailored to babies and their needs. You can easily sew a jumpsuit even for a child whose size you don't know exactly, because the jumpsuit is quite spacious!
It has cuffs on the legs as well as on the sleeves. This is great for babies who are carried or who get hot at night and kick off their covers. You can sew the jumpsuit for your child to wear at night as well as for playing during the day. It is very easy to put on.
You will need suitable children's fabrics (recommendations are included in the pattern), but knits, sweatshirts, and ribbed fabrics are great. You will also need a sewing machine, scissors, pins, and snaps or press studs. You can also sew with buttons!
Size range:
50 - 92

Detailed step-by-step photo instructions.

Suitable even for complete beginners. There are no complicated or difficult techniques involved in this pattern. You need to know how to attach snaps or buttons, and I have included a video with the pattern to help you with this.

What type of fabric:
Jersey, bamboo viscose, rayon, interlock, 100% cotton knits or ribbed knits, sweatshirts.
Other components:
- Buttons - 5 or 7 pieces - depending on how far apart you want them to be
- Jersey snaps - 5 or 7 pieces - depending on how far apart you want them to be
What machine:
I recommend sewing on an overlock machine. But you can definitely manage with a classic machine. However, it's great to have well-finished seams on the inside so they don't scratch.
Needles:
I recommend 75 to 80 gauge needles for single-needle machines. For overlock machines, use a 75 "ball point" tip.
